Job description

Working location: Woodlands

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, inspection, servicing, and repair of façade access systems and lifting equipment. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues effectively.
• Prepare detailed service documentation and communicate findings to the After‑Sales and Engineering departments.
• Ensure all on‑site work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Deliver technical support and basic operational training to customers when required.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, ideally within façade access, lifting systems, or safety equipment; Familiarity with both preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting with solid safety knowledge; able to read technical drawings, communicate well with customers, work at heights, and use MS Office efficiently.
