Our client is one of Canada’s wholesale distributor leaders in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning servicing both the Residential and Commercial sectors. Through their supplier partnerships, a need has grown to add a highly motivated Technical Support & Service Advisor to partner direct with their vendor partners so they can become experts in the products they sell. The primary function of the position is to provide technical support and training to customers and employees alike. The successful candidate will be able to utilize exceptional communication & presentation skills to deliver training and product information to end users, contractors/technicians, and internal stakeholders at all levels within their branch infrastructure. This key leadership role will become an essential bridge between our client’s vendor/supplier partners, their sales and branch customer service team members, and of course to the customers they support and sell to.
