As an Esthetician at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, you will be among the most skilled and trained skin therapists in the industry, providing each client with exceptional service and results. You are an expert at resolving skin care concerns, and you will customize each facial to your client’s individual needs. You will prescribe our professional skincare products and promote our exclusive lifestyle membership program.

Responsibilities

• Greet all clients with a warm, generous and inviting manner
• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including Facials, Microdermabrasion, LED Facials, Oxygeneo, Microneedling, Dermaplaning as well as Relaxation Massages and body waxing
• Explain treatment to client before beginning and offer appropriate add-ons
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits of facials
• Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency and pull products for clients to purchase
• Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services and product lines
• Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
• Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep database up to date

Qualifications

• Esthetic diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of skincare lines and products (Dermalogica Expert status an asset)
• Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
• Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
• Schedule flexibility

Compensation: $17.50 - $50.00 per hour
