This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team within the hearing care space. The Bilingual Graphic Designer partners closely with internal marketing teams and external clients to create high‑quality corporate and client marketing materials while ensuring consistent adherence to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to localize and create brochures, price books, grids, and other creative materials across multiple brand guidelines
  • Work with Marketing Managers to design innovative templates from concept through final layout, managing proofs and overseeing production for print and digital media
  • Support clients across Canada with local marketing initiatives including digital content, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, signage, and event materials
  • Manage vendor relationships with design service providers and print production suppliers
  • Localize national direct‑to‑consumer marketing campaigns
  • Communicate and coordinate with publications, agencies, designers, and vendors as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

More about you:

  • Post‑secondary degree or diploma in graphic design for print and web
  • Five years of graphic design experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
  • HTML coding and video editing experience considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to support internal and external clients
  • Ability to translate client requests into clear design deliverables while managing priorities
  • Knowledge of print technologies and experience managing projects through final production
  • Fluency in French is required
  • Knowledge of the hearing care industry is an asset
