Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of installation and maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license class 5 required with a clean abstract.
• Must be able to lift/move equipment from 50-75 lbs.
• Clean RCMP background check is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair coffee equipment efficiently.
• Install and upgrade coffee brewing equipment.
• Complete all related paperwork accurately.
• Assist with delivery and installation of products.

Kaschls’ Culligan Coffee Service Technicians troubleshoot, provide repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and installations of our high-end coffee brewers in businesses. The technician's goal is to provide the maximum amount of top-quality service to our customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and customer service experience is highly preferred
• Mechanically inclined is an asset
• Minimum 2 years of installation and maintenance experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to lift/move equipment from 50-75 lbs
• Must possess a valid drivers license class 5 with a 10-year clean driver’s abstract
• Must supply a clean RCMP background check

Responsibilities

• Performing all diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner
• Installing, upgrading, and maintaining equipment
• Completing paperwork related to tasks in an accurate and timely manner
• Assisting other employees with the delivery and installation of products/equipment
• Maintaining company vehicles, tools, parts and equipment
• Communicating positively with customers and maintaining positive public relations for the company
• Following all rules and regulations about safety and Culligan policies
