Bilingual Graphic Designer

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team within the hearing care space. The Bilingual Graphic Designer partners closely with internal marketing teams and external clients to create high-quality corporate and client marketing materials while ensuring consistent adherence to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to localize and create brochures, price books, grids, and other creative materials across multiple brand guidelines
  • Work with Marketing Managers to design innovative templates from concept through final layout, managing proofs and overseeing production for print and digital media
  • Support clients across Canada with local marketing initiatives including digital content, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, signage, and event materials
  • Manage vendor relationships with design service providers and print production suppliers
  • Localize national direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns
  • Communicate and coordinate with publications, agencies, designers, and vendors as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
More about you
  • Post‑secondary degree or diploma in graphic design for print and web
  • Five years of graphic design experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
  • HTML coding and video editing experience considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to support internal and external clients
  • Ability to translate client requests into clear design deliverables while managing priorities
  • Knowledge of print technologies and experience managing projects through final production
  • Fluency in French is required
  • Knowledge of the hearing care industry is an asset
