What You’ll Do…

• Coach your team to deliver on the customer experience every time
• Achieve and exceed all targets for the Area and Region for a balanced dashboard
• Embrace and implement change as needed for business success
• Influence behavior to develop and strengthen the retail culture within the Area - create the environment for success. As well as in the overall Region
• Be a change agent in championing changes to your Area and Region
• Maximizing customer experience scores and building customer loyalty within the Area and Region
• Maximize store profitability and Area's Operating Income target.
• Develop a top sales team and foster a culture of growth and development
• Support the recruitment efforts of your store managers
  
  

Who You Are…

• 3-5 years management experience, in a multi-unit or big box retail environment
• Post secondary Degree or Diploma in Business
• Proven expertise in leading a team and coaching for success
• Proven developer of leadership talent
• Proven sales success within a multi-site format
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Effective people management skills
• Strong business acumen
• Passion for results and the retail industry
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel 75% to the retail locations within your Area
