A leading telecom company is seeking an Area Manager in Halifax to lead its retail team. The role requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving targets. The ideal candidate has a business-related degree and 3-5 years of relevant management experience. This full-time position allows for a flexible schedule with up to 75% travel.
