Contract Details:

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 1 year (possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and business needs)
  • Start: As Soon As Possible
  • Pay Rate: C$30–C$40 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week (core business hours)
Job Summary

The Graphic Designer IV will support the Creative Services team in delivering best-in-class creative design for Securities’ global marketing and events initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal partners to develop and execute branded materials for client events, conferences, and digital campaigns, ensuring all creative aligns withvisual identity standards. This is a highly visible role that combines creativity, technical proficiency, and project management to elevate the client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver branded creative assets for internal and external events, including signage, invitations, brochures, digital displays, registration websites, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to interpret creative briefs and produce visually engaging deliverables that meet strategic objectives.
  • Ensure all design work adheres tobrand and visual identity guidelines.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, maintaining a balance between creativity and deadline compliance.
  • Liaise with external vendors and printers to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and creative process improvement within the Creative Services team.
  • Support global offices across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific with consistent, high-quality creative output.
Department Overview

The Creative Services team develops impactful creative assets that support business objectives across Securities. This group partners with business lines, marketing, and external vendors to deliver exceptional visual design for both digital and print collateral. The environment is collaborative, innovative, and driven by excellence in brand representation.

Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience (8–10 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience supporting events, marketing campaigns, and conferences with creative assets.
  • Experience using event planning or management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Corporate design experience in banking, insurance, or financial institutions.
  • Working knowledge of HTML (major asset).
  • Experience collaborating with executive-level stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
