Reports to: Loyalty Program Manager
Location: Vancouver, BC
We are looking for an experienced Customer Insights Analyst who is responsible for creating and executing data-driven strategies at every stage of the customer journey using data acquired through the platform. This role is also central to providing valuable consumer insights to inform decision‑making across the Loyalty Team and the broader organization.
