A growing Canadian restaurant brand in Red Deer is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and performance. 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, quick-service or casual dining environment.
Proven track record of achieving operational goals, building teams, and driving sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on operator with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Understanding of scheduling, P&L management, and cost control principles.
