We are seeking an AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents capable of operating autonomously within digital environments. The role involves creating controllable, stateful AI systems using LangGraph's low-level agent orchestration framework.

• Design, implement, and optimize LangGraph / LangChain agents for effective communication and data analysis
• Build production-ready, stateful AI workflows with complex cognitive architectures
• Apply scripting conventions in LangGraph to validate responses and detect errors
• Develop multi-agent systems with coordinated workflows and state management

• Create robust API layers for agent communication using frameworks like FastAPI
• Build secure, scalable APIs to enable communication between mobile apps and LangGraph agents
• Implement debugging and monitoring systems for agent behavior
• Deploy and scale agents using the LangGraph Platform with proper state management

• Integrate agents with external data sources and APIs
• Build agentic search capabilities and orchestrate tools
• Develop flow-based applications with controllable agent behaviors
• Ensure production reliability and optimize performance

• Proficiency in Python programming
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph framework and LangChain ecosystem
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
• Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, or similar frameworks
• Background in Machine Learning concepts and AI model deployment

• Familiarity with LangGraph, AutoGen, or other agent orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of agent architectures, state management, and workflow orchestration
• Experience with agentic AI patterns like ReAct, planning, and tool usage
• Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval systems

• Problem-solving mindset focused on AI system design
• Ability to coordinate with engineering teams regularly
• Experience debugging complex AI systems
• Understanding deployment challenges in production environments

• 2-5 years in AI/ML development
• 1-2 years specific experience with LangGraph or similar frameworks
