Tiger is actively seeking Class 1 Drivers, crucial members of our team, to drive a tractor‑trailer unit and deliver calcium chloride to customer locations and field storage locations throughout Western Canada.

• Operate tractor‑trailer unit to deliver products to customers and field storage tanks.
• Perform pre and post‑trip on truck and trailer.
• Accurate completion of E‑Log, adhering to Federal Hours of Service.
• Loading and unloading products.
• Represent the company to the customer and the general public in a professional manner.
• Accurate way‑bill recording through TMW.
• Completion of timesheets, fuel envelopes and mileage envelopes.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Complete daily job hazard assessments.
• Adhere and promote Tiger’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.

• Valid Class 1 driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years of Super B driving experience.
• 18 Speed experience is considered an asset.
• Clean driver’s abstract.
• Geographic knowledge of Western Canada.
• Liquid bulk hauling, off‑road driving, mountain driving, TMW program.
• Experience working on CN Rail property will be considered an asset.
• Ability to put tire chains on.
• Knowledge of Federal Hours of Service.
• Knowledge of running hydraulic pumps.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to change quickly.
• Team player with the ability to communicate at an acceptable level with dispatch and customers.
