Position Overview:

Graber Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a Shipping Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate shipment of our products to our valued customers. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the shipping process, contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional products on time.

Responsibilities:

• Order Verification: Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure that the correct products and quantities are prepared for shipment.
• Packaging: Properly and securely package products for safe transport, taking into consideration product fragility and size.
• Labeling: Generate and affix shipping labels, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and compliant with shipping regulations.
• Documentation: Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs forms as necessary.
• Communication: Communicate with internal teams, including the production department and customer service, to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or a related field is a plus.
