Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Agro Customer Service Associate on a permanent basis on our Ag Solutions team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK. If you have an interest in agriculture and a "people-first" attitude, this is the perfect role for you!

What you’ll do:

• Be responsible for reviewing, and processing crop inputs regular and promotion orders.
• Process retail return and transfer claims.
• Audit and code freight bills for payments.
• Respond to all retail inquiries and concerns.
• Other duties as required.

Who you’ll work with:

The Team: You will work closely with a team of Customer Service Associates, Replenishers and Operational Support Analyst within the Ag Solutions team. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, support and customer focus.

The Customers: You will demonstrate customer focus while local Co-op retails.

Our Agro team helps to feed and grow Western Canadian communities by sourcing and distributing products and services to local Co-ops in the feed, crop supplies and fertilizer business.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Administration and:

• Have a one-year certificate in business or agriculture and three years of related experience OR;
• Have diploma in business or agriculture and two years of related experience.
• Have strong communication and customer service skills.
