• Wage: $35.40 ~ $37.00 /hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Vacation Pay: 4%

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or specialty foods
• Supervise the activities of cooks and other kitchen workers
• Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
• Create a menu and new recipes
• Participate in recruiting and hiring staff
• Instruct cooks and other kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling foods
• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
