Job summary
A community support organization in Ontario is hiring ShelterCare Support Workers to assist individuals experiencing homelessness in securing permanent housing. The role includes engaging participants, implementing program policies, and ensuring a supportive environment. Candidates should have a relevant two-year post-secondary education, experience in social services, and strong communication skills. This is a permanent casual position requiring flexibility for day and night shifts with a minimum of three shifts per month.
