Qualifications

• MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable access to a car for daily work.
• Negative TB Test completed within the last year is required.
• Valid Criminal Record Check needed within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under supervision of OT/PT.
• Support clients with mobility and exercises.
• Monitor and document client progress.
