The Senior Manager Category Advantage is responsible for managing the Campbell Snacks syndicated budget. Utilizing the capabilities where we invest, this role owns creating and executing against a learning/development plan that will elevate both the Category Management and Customer Sales Lead expertise. You will be responsible for educating members of the sales organization on macro trends and key industry thought leadership by working with external thought leaders to bring guest speakers and relevant forward-thinking content to Campbell Snacks Sales organization. In addition, this role will be responsible for creating and maintaining a centralized location containing all training materials, including development of a new hire onboarding plan for Category Strategy & Management. This role will require cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Category Management, and Marketing.
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $138,000-$198,400. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
