We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our team—a competitive, goal-driven professional who excels in a high-performance environment. This role offers a unique blend of marketing-driven lead generation and a structured sales process, allowing you to focus on what you do best : closing deals and earning top-tier commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and progressing sales opportunities through the pipeline
  • Conducting high-quality follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with prospects
  • Closing deals and driving revenue growth
  • Leveraging CRM and sales enablement tools to track and optimize sales performance
  • Adhering to a structured sales process and following the company’s established playbook

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales
  • Work authorization in the United States (required)
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and progressing deals through a structured process
  • Ability to handle a mix of inbound and outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and demo presentations
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven, with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working within a structured sales playbook and process-driven environment

  • Experience in software sales
  • Industry-specific experience relevant to the company's market
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools
