Candidates should have over 3 years of recruiting experience and the ability to manage multiple searches effectively. Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency accounting and finance recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches.
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust quickly.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the full cycle recruiting process for various roles.
- Manage the inbound applicant pipeline and identify passive job seekers.
- Ensure a pleasant experience for candidates during the recruiting process.
- Drive recruitment activities to ensure candidates progress through the process.
