Position Title: Business Development Manager

Location: 100% Remote Work

Company Overview: We are a dynamic and growing organization specializing in the talent and accounting offshoring industry. We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong network and experience working with accounting firms and the like in the US, Canada, and the UK to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and fostering strong relationships with key partners in the accounting and finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    1. Identify and target potential accounting and finance firm clients in the US, Canada, and the UK.
    2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within accounting and financial firms.
    3. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    4. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote our services and products.
  2. Market Research and Strategy Development:
    1. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the accounting industry.
    2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
    3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
    1. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
    2. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
