What you'll be doing
As a member of CIBC’s Canadian Banking & Capital Markets Technology BMO Business Effectiveness Team, you’ll be part of a dynamic group that is responsible for delivering Enterprise Class Intake packages. The Senior Intake Analyst is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end technology intake process to take corrective action or escalate issues and meet established guidelines, processes, and service levels. The role works cooperatively with others to achieve synergies and accomplish common goals, receiving, logging and monitoring the status of each intake request to obtain sign-offs. The Senior Intake Analyst is often required to interpret policies, standards, and requirements to meet work objectives, reviewing the content of each request for quality and accuracy, and following up to resolve or escalate issues to internal business partners or external service providers.
