What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to the product group and merchants regarding new products and integrations
- Prepare and execute customized POS test scripts for various solutions
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers in resolving variances
- Coordinate testing with technicians from partner companies to ensure quality assurance before deployment
- Analyze and report defects during testing phases, making recommendations to improve processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree in Business, Administration, IT, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong communication and writing skills for clear reporting and specification documentation
- Knowledge of credit card operations and related compliance regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Tandem and Base-24 systems
- Proven problem-solving and investigation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints
