Bis is looking for a FIFO Shift Supervisor to join our team at Karara , overseeing our dry stack tailings operation . Karara Mining operates one of the largest magnetite mining and processing facilities in Western Australia, with a state‑of‑the‑art tailings filtration and dry stacking system designed to maximise water recovery and environmental sustainability. This role is critical in ensuring safe and efficient operations, plant availability, and equipment utilisation within budget. • Work with site trainers to maintain a skilled workforce.
• Track team performance against KPIs.
• Contribute to annual budget planning.

• Proven supervisory experience in similar operations.
• Objective and fair in managing people.
• Skilled in planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Proficient in management systems, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Strong knowledge of WA mining legislation.
