As Manager, Employee Relations, you will be a vital partner in fostering a safe, fair, and effective work environment. Your core focus will be on managing case work, including performance management, accommodations, organizational changes, and any complex, high-level escalations.
Along with case support, you will consult with business partners and drive strategic HR projects, such as developing and implementing new company policies, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation, upskilling people leaders, and proposing process improvements to maintain a "Well Managed" team.
The Manager, Employee Relations is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
