A leading technology company in Canada is seeking a Compensation & HR Operations Lead to manage compensation programs and oversee HR operations. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in compensation, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree. We are seeking a Compensation & HR Operations Lead to join our People team. This is a critical individual contributor role with the potential to manage one or two direct reports. In this position, you will lead the development, implementation, and management of our compensation programs, while also overseeing key HR operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals, and that our HR operations are streamlined and effective.

The base salary range for this role is $117,000-140,000 USD. This position also offers a performance bonus dependent on company performance. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
