Job summary
A regional government agency in Metro Vancouver is seeking an operational manager responsible for evaluating and organizing daily operations. The ideal candidate will have completed secondary school and possess 2-3 years of relevant experience. The role requires training staff, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service at the physical location.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Set staff work schedules.
- Train staff.
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Provide customer service.
