This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Chef Abod Café & Catering in Halifax, NS. The Sous Chef will assist the head chef in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean kitchen. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, creating menu items, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills, Food Preparation, and Cooking techniques
- Experience in kitchen management and supervision
