Job Description: We are looking for a passionate, creative and driven Junior Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team at our newest location in Vaughan – 898 Portage Parkway. Candidates must have a passion for Italian cuisine, seasonality and great products while also being able to understand and manage their stations and work on amazing food.

Responsibilities

Lead kitchen team operations, manage stations, deliver high-quality Italian dishes at high cover counts, collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chef, maintain kitchen standards, and support staff training.

Requirements
  • Knowledge and love of Italian cuisine
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to execute detailed dishes with high cover counts
  • Diploma from a culinary school (asset)
  • Excellent social and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with executive chef and sous chef team
  • High attention to detail
