As a Senior Branch Manager with Western Financial Group, you will use your Insurance expertise to effectively manage and support your team to achieve established sales targets, while focusing on employee engagement and client retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to help your team provide a best-in-class customer experience
• Deliver results through the development and execution of business, budget and sales strategies
• Champion, communicate and implement corporate initiatives, policies and procedures
• Review and complete audits on processes, documentation and correspondence
• Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses

The value you bring

• General Insurance Level 2 License an asset
• 8+ years in Insurance with 3+ years management experience
• Experience in recruitment, staff development and performance management
• Involvement in industry related associations and your community
• Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
• Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed

Hours : Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Location : Medicine Hat, Alberta - relocation assistance available
