Salary range for the position is $116,591 to $167,600. Interior Health establishes salaries within the minimum and maximum of the salary range based on consideration of the qualifications, experience of the applicant, and an internal equity review of the salaries of other employees.
The Director, Business Operations is accountable for the strategic direction of financial planning and decision support for assigned healthcare portfolios. As a member of the Business Operations Leadership team and the VP Leadership Team, the Director provides leadership within and around financial planning in order to facilitate the achievement of the mission, goals, and objectives of Interior Health (IH) in accordance with the organization’s values. The Director provides input and makes recommendations to the CFO, Vice President and senior executives, Executive Director Finance, Corporate Director Business Operations; and senior leadership on financial issues as they relate to both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of their assigned portfolios.
