COMPANY OVERVIEW
50,000+ athletes. 22+ markets. 600+ weekly games. Two countries. One mission: prove that athletic dreams don’t have expiration dates.
Brodie League is more than a basketball league, it’s a community. As one of North America’s fastest-growing sports brands, Brodie League is redefining adult recreational basketball by delivering an elevated, professional-quality experience rooted in culture, competition, and community. Our mission is to make every league night the best night of the week for our athletes.
BRL Studio® is the creative engine behind Brodie Rec. League, the world’s largest adult recreational basketball organization. Led by Executive Creative Director Shane Stirling, we operate at the intersection of sport, art, and culture. We’re building a 24‑person studio that moves fast, thinks differently, and makes work that matters.
This role is the operational backbone of the creative studio. You are the strategic orchestrator at the center of campaigns, partnerships, markets, and creative execution, ensuring ambitious ideas become a delivered reality. You bring production management experience from sports, streetwear, lifestyle, or culturally driven brands with complex pipelines, and you thrive in environments where creative excellence depends on precision, planning, and momentum.
You lead end‑to‑end production from concept through delivery across seasonal campaigns, brand partnerships, and market activations. You manage the annual brand marketing budget, develop and own production timelines, and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure work ships on time and at a championship level. You supervise producers and vendors, maintaining creative standards while building systems that allow the studio to move faster as it scales. You are the first producer, setting the foundation for how production operates, collaborates, and scales long‑term.
