COMPANY OVERVIEW

50,000+ athletes. 22+ markets. 600+ weekly games. Two countries. One mission: prove that athletic dreams don’t have expiration dates.

Brodie League is more than a basketball league, it’s a community. As one of North America’s fastest-growing sports brands, Brodie League is redefining adult recreational basketball by delivering an elevated, professional-quality experience rooted in culture, competition, and community. Our mission is to make every league night the best night of the week for our athletes.

BRL Studio® is the creative engine behind Brodie Rec. League, the world’s largest adult recreational basketball organization. Led by Executive Creative Director Shane Stirling, we operate at the intersection of sport, art, and culture. We’re building a 24‑person studio that moves fast, thinks differently, and makes work that matters.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is the operational backbone of the creative studio. You are the strategic orchestrator at the center of campaigns, partnerships, markets, and creative execution, ensuring ambitious ideas become a delivered reality. You bring production management experience from sports, streetwear, lifestyle, or culturally driven brands with complex pipelines, and you thrive in environments where creative excellence depends on precision, planning, and momentum.

You lead end‑to‑end production from concept through delivery across seasonal campaigns, brand partnerships, and market activations. You manage the annual brand marketing budget, develop and own production timelines, and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure work ships on time and at a championship level. You supervise producers and vendors, maintaining creative standards while building systems that allow the studio to move faster as it scales. You are the first producer, setting the foundation for how production operates, collaborates, and scales long‑term.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Integrated Production & Project Management

Manage seasonal campaign production across photoshoots, digital content, merchandise launches, and market activations. Produce brand partnerships requiring championship‑level execution (targeting Tangerine Financial, Footlocker, Gatorade). Coordinate Game Changers content collection from 22 markets—managing submissions, asset organization, production schedules. Develop production briefs translating creative concepts into executable plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Interface with 22+ market directors on content requirements and timeline coordination.

Budget, Vendors & Logistics

Allocate and manage annual brand marketing budget strategically across seasonal campaigns and brand collaborations. Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with photographers, videographers, stylists, and production vendors. Oversee pre‑production planning, on‑set coordination, and post‑production delivery. Develop backend file systems for digital asset management. Manage production logistics including equipment, travel, permits, and insurance.

Campaign / Market Launch Execution

Balance seasonal campaign launches (requiring months of planning) with ongoing operational content needs (same‑day turnarounds). Plan and execute major events: Finals, All‑Star weekends, market activations, product launches. Coordinate merchandise production timelines from design approval to delivery across markets. Support market‑specific activations and local partnerships.

Systems, Processes & Cross‑Functional Coordination

Build organizational infrastructure supporting growth: production workflows, approval processes, asset management systems. Create scalable templates and processes across 22 markets without sacrificing quality. Track campaign performance metrics and provide optimization insights. Bridge creative vision with operational reality—translate ambitious ideas into achievable plans.
