Résumé du poste
A leading financial institution in Toronto is seeking an Associate for the Capital Markets Supervision & Governance team. This full-time role involves supporting the Director and Executive Director to maintain an effective First Line of Defense program. The ideal candidate has a strong background in risk management and AML with 3-5+ years of experience. Proficiency in Excel, VBA, Power BI, and strong analytical and teamwork skills are essential. You will thrive in an inclusive workplace that values trust, accountability, and collaboration.

Qualifications
- 3-5+ years’ experience in the financial sector, especially in Risk Management, AML, Compliance.
- Possession of the Canadian Securities Course or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist is an asset.
- Experience with Excel, VBA, Power BI, Tableau with programming logic.
Responsabilités
- Perform monitoring activities including AML Transaction Monitoring.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and assist in developing policies.
- Work with product owners to identify risk exposures.
