A family-owned property management company is seeking a Commissioning Technician in Edmonton. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing hands-on work for both interior and exterior building commissioning. Key responsibilities include identifying deficiencies, performing repairs, and maintaining tools and vehicles. Do you have an eye for detail and are able to effortlessly identify deficiencies? Do you enjoy hands on work and have a knack for fixing and building things? As the Commissioning Technician, you will be responsible for performing interior/exterior building and property commissioning and set up, using various machines, tools and equipment. Commissioning is the process of setting up the rental office and buildings for occupancy at turnover from Seymour Pacific Developments (construction) to Broadstreet Properties (operations). You will work closely with the team to complete commissioning of new and operational properties to ensure all aspects meet company standards.
