Overview

Service and Install Technician for Wilsons Security Limited. Are you a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail and accuracy? You\'ll work for a growing, family-owned company that has been serving Canadians with locally-based service for over 100 years.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair of a wide variety of security equipment such as alarm systems, CCTV, access control, intercoms, and computer networks.
• Installation of new systems and upgrades with accuracy to meet client needs and expectations.
• Uphold company and industry standards for quality and within recognized guidelines.
• Resolve client concerns and provide exceptional customer service, making recommendations where appropriate to ensure optimal system function.
• Maintain accurate service records, including detailed notes and inventory.
• Comfortable working at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, as well as to lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to work safely in a construction site environment is a must.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the security industry, with in-depth knowledge of IP Cameras, access Control and Intrusion systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install equipment is required.
• Work with high degree of accuracy and thoroughness.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Motivated self-starter and effective team player.
• Must have a clean criminal record, and obtain a valid Driver\'s license.
• This is a full-time permanent position with a very attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives. Positions are being filled in Moncton, New Brunswick (and surrounding areas).
