In keeping with our One Company IT Strategy, your role as an IT Manager of Data and Integrations is responsible for managing the development and support of integration services, ensuring they deliver value for our company. You will do this by leading a team of nine developers through stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, resource management, and production planning using the DevOps framework.

• Lead a team of nine integration developers, supported by two architects, to develop, deploy, and remediate data and application integrations using the Talend platform.
• Mitigate risk and operational downtime by focusing on permanent fixes to break-fix incidents.
• Manage both operational and project responsibilities.
• Become an expert in our IT Management Framework, including policies and procedures supporting Change Management, Incident Response, Security Management, etc.
• Lead efforts to mature our development process, with a focus on increased adoption of Azure DevOps.
• Engage in vendor management activities based on the strategic and critical nature of the solutions.
• Manage human resources and people development processes for the team.

• Proven ability to maintain good relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Teams.

• 10-15 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading development teams using DevOps and application/data integrations development.
• Experience with integration platforms like Talend or MuleSoft.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering and analysis.
• Strong understanding of information processing principles.
• Knowledge of software evaluation principles.
• Proven project planning and management experience.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to research emerging technologies and trends.
