Dynamics F&O Developers

The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer plays a pivotal role within our team, contributing to the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This includes a deep understanding of both the functional and technical aspects of the implementation, as well as aligning with the project's specific solutions and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical aspects of the project,including configuration, code development (extensions on both F&O and CE side), security, data migration, system integrations (Azure, MS Entra ID, Synapse Link for Dataverse), Performance & monitoring, and DevOps practices(Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate closely with technical lead to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Contribute to and enforce best practices for coding standards, quality assurance, development methodologies, environment management, and DevOps processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to keep the project on track.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with other technical and functional teams on bridging the gap between legacy systems and F&O from a business process and data integration perspective.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the architecture, customization, and development capabilities of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a track record of successful delivery with Project Operations Lite, F&O PMA, HR modules, and integration within the D365 suite.
• Experience with Dynamics AX is valuable.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, X++, or relevant scripting languages.
• Expertise in infrastructure setup and configuration,including D365, Azure, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in implementing robust data migration strategies for F&O.
• Ability to implement secure solutions for sensitive data.
• Proficiency in system integration methodologies and tools used in F&O (OData, DMF, etc).
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
