Duties
Receives, records, responds to and/or refers enquiries and complaints; investigates and resolves customer queries.
Creates, inputs, updates, and maintains paper and electronic records, including website updates, computer reports and service requests, supporting Community Safety operations or referrals to other City departments and external agencies.
Provides administrative support, including booking appointments and ordering supplies.
Completes financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, receivable and credit‑card items.
Displays a working knowledge of bylaws, procedures, policies, court processes and the Local Government Act.
Researches and compiles information, develops, organizes, and maintains department filing and bring‑forward systems.
