A governmental parks organization is seeking an Administrative Clerk (student) to work at Upper Canada Village from May to September 2026. Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in reconciling accounts and office procedures.
  • Ability to capture and upload photos.
  • Good physical condition and initiative.
  • Ability to learn and follow safety protocols.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Be a representative of Upper Canada Village.
  • Provide effective communication to guests and staff.
  • Greet visitors and provide information on programs and services.
  • Input requisitions and inventory into the retail system.
  • Prepare purchase orders and verify receipts.
  • Assist youth programs and special events.
  • Perform clerical tasks and manage supplies.
  • Report unsafe activities to your supervisor.
  • Embody equity, diversity and inclusion principles.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication
