Duties
  • Receives, records, responds to and/or refers enquiries and complaints; investigates and resolves customer queries.
  • Creates, inputs, updates, and maintains paper and electronic records, including website updates, computer reports and service requests, supporting Community Safety operations or referrals to other City departments and external agencies.
  • Provides administrative support, including booking appointments and ordering supplies.
  • Completes financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, receivable and credit‑card items.
  • Displays a working knowledge of bylaws, procedures, policies, court processes and the Local Government Act.
  • Researches and compiles information, develops, organizes, and maintains department filing and bring‑forward systems.
