Qualifications
- 1-3 years of call center and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding banking needs.
- Field inbound calls and chats, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Assist with the digital onboarding experience for customers.
- Resolve customer issues at first contact where possible.
