Opened in November 2020, our venue offers an approachable yet refined atmosphere that delivers a fine dining experience. Surrounded by a passionate team, Chef Danny Beaulieu emphasizes the richness of Canadian terroir, showcasing contemporary Canadian cuisine. Our sommelier curates a wine list to complement the chef's creations, enhancing the gastronomic experience.
- Operating the restaurant 5 days a week
- Scheduling and managing the FOH team
- Managing daily cash outs, monthly reports, and software issues. Experience with OpenTable, Lightspeed, or Moneris is an asset.
- Managing wine, liquor, and FOH supplies with the sommelier
- Organizing events, email and group booking requests
- Hiring and training new FOH employees
- Ability to work efficiently in a stressful environment
- Experience in a fine dining establishment is an asset
- Passion for guest service; excellent communication skills required due to high guest contact
- Bartending knowledge required; wine & food knowledge an asset; WSET diploma advantageous
- Flexible schedule, able to work days/nights
- Valid Pro Serve certification
- Extended health plan after 3 months

Full-time, permanent position with a salary of $50,000 plus $20,000 to $30,000 in gratuities. Performance bonus to be discussed.
