What You’ll Own

Executive Operations

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, and priorities
• Keep things organized, clear, and optimized for action
• Handle confidential information with absolute discretion

Strategic Support

• Help prep for key meetings (internal, client, external)
• Track follow-ups, deliverables, and high-level projects
• Assist in crafting internal and external communications (think memos, briefings, updates)

CEO Enablement

• Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal teams
• Own special projects as an extension of the CEO

You Bring

• 3 - 7+ years as an EA or Chief of Staff-level operator supporting senior execs or founders
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments (bonus : tech, startup, agency, or MSP experience)
• Are systems and detail-obsessed , but also see the big picture
• Communicate crisply, both written and verbal
• Know when to flag issues and when to just handle it
• Can juggle priorities without dropping the mission
