You'll have the freedom to work remotely, set your own schedule, grow your own team, and build SIELs presence across Ontario — all while backed by an experienced HR consulting firm that has been serving clients for years.

This is a leadership role for someone who wants independence with structure, entrepreneurship with guidance, and meaningful work with unlimited earning potential.

Position Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Managing Director will lead the growth of SIEL Human Solutions in Ontario. You'll drive business development, build client relationships, participate in community engagement, and help organizations strengthen their HR foundations.

This role includes base pay plus a high-performance commission structure with no earnings cap — ideal for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development and sales initiatives across Ontario
  • Build strong referral and client relationships using a consultative approach
  • Convert leads into long-term clients through conversations, meetings, and presentations
  • Conduct local in-person meetings and represent SIEL at community and industry events
  • Lead initial consultations and ensure a high-quality client experience
  • Oversee HR-related projects and work closely with SIELs internal team
  • Execute local marketing initiatives and participate in networking activities
  • Track your performance and activities using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the SIEL team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage your schedule, priorities, and business growth plan
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Business, HR, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or business development
  • Knowledge of HR consulting or service-based business models
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office and CRM tools
  • Energetic, goal-driven, and comfortable working with autonomy
  • Willing to travel within Ontario for meetings and events
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required
  • Professional, organized, and adept at managing confidential information
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
