About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our property management organization. The CFO will oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, while driving profitability and supporting growth across our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and financing for property acquisitions and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering collaboration with operations and property management teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in real estate or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property management financial models and investment principles.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Budget variance within ±5%.
  • Positive cash flow and liquidity ratios maintained.
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Achievement of targeted Net Operating Income (NOI).
