Job description

The Office Manager & Executive Assistant at Banff & Lake Louise Tourism plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and executive support. Reporting to the VP, Finance & Operations, this position provides high-level assistance to the President & CEO through calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative responsibilities while overseeing office systems that enable a productive hybrid work environment. The role also supports Technology initiatives, special projects, People & Culture activities, and team events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in process improvement, with exceptional communication and discretion to manage sensitive information.

Start date - February/March 2026.

This is an 18-month maternity leave contract.
