Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic President / CEO to lead a Manufacturing company that is backed by a prominent private equity firm. As the President / CEO, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, overall management, and operational excellence of the company. While experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred, it is not essential. • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company's long-term goals and objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the manufacturing processes.
• Financial Management : Collaborate with the finance team to establish and monitor financial goals, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring the company's financial health and performance.
• Business Development : Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to expand the company's presence and drive revenue growth.
• Investor Relations : Act as the primary point of contact for investors and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and building strong relationships.
• Team Leadership : Provide inspirational leadership to a diverse workforce, fostering a positive and inclusive culture while promoting employee engagement, professional development, and high-performance standards.
• Risk Management : Assess and mitigate potential risks and challenges, implementing appropriate strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
• Compliance and Governance : Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, adhering to corporate governance guidelines and industry best practices.
• External Relations : Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and networking events, enhancing the company's reputation and fostering beneficial relationships.

• Proven track record as a President / CEO or in a senior leadership role, preferably with experience in the manufacturing sector (but not essential).
• Strong business acumen , with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and profitability.
• Excellent financial management skills , including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities , with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of compliance, governance, and risk management practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

This position offers a comprehensive compensation package ranging from $250,000 to $400,000 per year, which includes a combination of salary and bonuses. The exact amount will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Furthermore, performance-based bonuses and incentives will be awarded based on the successful attainment of predetermined goals.
