Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic President / CEO to lead a Manufacturing company that is backed by a prominent private equity firm. As the President / CEO, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, overall management, and operational excellence of the company. While experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred, it is not essential. Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

Salary and Bonuses

This position offers a comprehensive compensation package ranging from $250,000 to $400,000 per year, which includes a combination of salary and bonuses. The exact amount will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Furthermore, performance-based bonuses and incentives will be awarded based on the successful attainment of predetermined goals.
