Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic President / CEO to lead a Manufacturing company that is backed by a prominent private equity firm. As the President / CEO, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, overall management, and operational excellence of the company. While experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred, it is not essential. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a company with strong private equity backing and engaged in ongoing transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company's long-term goals and objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the manufacturing processes.
  • Financial Management : Collaborate with the finance team to establish and monitor financial goals, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring the company's financial health and performance.
  • Business Development : Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to expand the company's presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Investor Relations : Act as the primary point of contact for investors and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and building strong relationships.
  • Team Leadership : Provide inspirational leadership to a diverse workforce, fostering a positive and inclusive culture while promoting employee engagement, professional development, and high-performance standards.
  • Risk Management : Assess and mitigate potential risks and challenges, implementing appropriate strategies to safeguard the company's interests.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities , with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of compliance, governance, and risk management practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Salary and Bonuses

This position offers a comprehensive compensation package ranging from $250,000 to $400,000 per year, which includes a combination of salary and bonuses. The exact amount will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Furthermore, performance-based bonuses and incentives will be awarded based on the successful attainment of predetermined goals.
