A leading infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial performance on strategic power projects. The role involves overseeing commercial activities, ensuring contract compliance, and mentoring the commercial team. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of NEC contracts and have proven commercial leadership experience within infrastructure. This opportunity may allow for hybrid working arrangements and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Location: Elgin, Scotland. Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 plus car allowance and full package.
I am partnered with one of the UK's most respected infrastructure delivery organisations to recruit a highly capable Commercial Manager to lead commercial performance across a portfolio of strategic power projects across Scotland. This long‑term programme runs through to 2032, offering career stability, an exciting challenge, and the opportunity to influence the delivery of nationally significant infrastructure supporting the UK's transition to net zero. You will be based predominantly in Elgin (with hybrid working), with regular presence across sites in Inverness and Aberdeen, overseeing commercial activity on multiple high‑value transmission works.
