You can join our growing team, as we are currently filling a Client Relations Manager position.
As a Client Relations Manager for the leading self‑storage company in the GTA, you will be interacting over the phone, email, and via live chat, with current customers, potential customers, and other members of the XYZ Storage family. You will be responsible for maintaining XYZ Storage's reputation for unparalleled customer service, selling our self‑storage services, and managing the scheduling and logistics of our truck fleet!
You will be working out of our very own Client Management Office located in Toronto accessible by both public transit and car. Free parking is available!

The Client Relations Manager role is exciting, challenging and requires an individual that thinks quickly on their feet and is able to communicate effectively on the phone and over email. We are looking for applicants that show strong skills in multitasking, organization, time management, and someone that isn't afraid to ask for the sale! And of course, someone that knows how to have fun! We are a well structured – process driven company, where people always go above and beyond in their roles. Preference is also given to candidates interested in long‑term employment with XYZ Storage.
There are four primary components to the Client Relations Manager position:
The rewarding part of this career is helping to find solutions for people who are in need of storage. As an expert in the industry, sales skills are needed along with the ability to convey to potential customers why we are the best as they may be shopping around. Our preferred candidates portray confidence, and are quick to ascertain the needs of our leads, and can quickly sell our features and close the sale guiding them to the best, and easiest option! Converting inquiries into self‑storage rentals, following up on previous leads, and cross‑selling merchandise and truck rentals are all part of the day‑to‑day.
Once a lead becomes a customer, you will take the next steps, and manage their account. This includes assisting with payments and account information. Managing the scheduling log, booking truck rentals and assisting customers with current reservations ensure we offer end‑to‑end solutions for all of our customers. Senior Management may also ask for a Client Relations Manager's help with other tasks and are constantly looking for ways to continually challenge our employees focusing on personal and professional growth.
